i found the staff helpful. the buffet breakfast was excellent too. i appreciated the easy check-in and the convenient car parking advice i received.
the room wasn't as large as i had expected. the window was dirty with bird droppings, disappointing. i also found the kitchen ventilation noise quite loud at night.

I totally loved the complimentary ride in the bentley. the location was also amazing, super convenient! the breakfast was also really good. I loved the variety.
the mattress felt a bit bouncy, like a trampoline. my pillows were also too firm, not very cozy! the duvet was basic, more like a quilt. it wasn't soft at all

the location is superb. it is a few minutes' walk from the cathedral. the staff were very helpful. the bed was comfortable!!!
the bathroom needed renovating. it was too small. the door needed reversing to gain access to the toilet. the walk in shower was never used, as there were too many obstacles.
